Garlic Butter Noodles (10-Minute Comfort Food)
π Ingredients (1β2 servings):
- 100g (about 1 cup) of spaghetti or any pasta
- 1β2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic (or Β½ tsp garlic powder)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes, parsley, parmesan
π₯ Instructions:
- Boil your pasta in salted water according to the package (about 8β10 minutes).
- While itβs boiling, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic (or garlic powder) and cook until it smells amazing (about 30 seconds).
- Drain pasta (save a spoon of the pasta water).
- Add cooked pasta to the garlic butter pan and toss well.
- Add a splash of pasta water if it looks dry.
- Season with salt, pepper, and (optional) chili flakes or cheese.
- Serve hot, eat straight from the pan, no judgment.
