🍕 Egg and Flour Flat Bread Pizza (Basic Version)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • ~1/3 cup water or milk (adjust for consistency)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: olive oil, baking powder (for fluffier base)

Instructions:

  1. Make the dough:
    • Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
    • Add the egg and a bit of water or milk. Stir to combine.
  2. Add toppings:
    • Add tomato sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.
  3. Baking:
    • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Variations:

  • Add baking powder or olive oil (1 tsp) for a fluffier texture.
  • Herbs or spices in the dough for more flavor.
  • Grated cheese in the batter for richness.
  • Greek Yogurt into the dough for more protein.
