Garlic Butter Noodles (10-Minute Comfort Food)

🍝 Ingredients (1–2 servings):

  • 100g (about 1 cup) of spaghetti or any pasta
  • 1–2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (or Β½ tsp garlic powder)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes, parsley, parmesan

πŸ”₯ Instructions:

  1. Boil your pasta in salted water according to the package (about 8–10 minutes).
  2. While it’s boiling, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic (or garlic powder) and cook until it smells amazing (about 30 seconds).
  4. Drain pasta (save a spoon of the pasta water).
  5. Add cooked pasta to the garlic butter pan and toss well.
  6. Add a splash of pasta water if it looks dry.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and (optional) chili flakes or cheese.
  8. Serve hot, eat straight from the pan, no judgment.
